If Vortex Performance Sports or it’s subsidiaries cancel the event due to circumstances outside its control (natural disaster, national declared disaster, accident or illness or death), then Vortex Performance Sports reserve the right to either offer a future date for the event(s) or refund the clients of the cost of the event purchased form Vortex Performance Sports and/or its subsidiaries.
